- Inspect the system visually – checking connections, fittings, wear, and damage
- Test circuits properly – using calibrated test equipment to identify the issue
- Isolate and confirm – safely disconnecting and narrowing down problem areas
- Explain clearly – what’s wrong, what needs doing, and what it will cost
- Fix it properly – with quality materials, no cutting corners
- Test again – to ensure everything’s safe and working as it should
Emergency Faults & Urgent Callouts
If you’ve lost power to key areas, have no lighting, or your fuse board is tripping constantly, we’ll do our best to attend quickly.
We prioritise:
- Power loss in kitchens, heating, lighting or essential circuits
- Burning smells, visible arcing, or overheating
- Sudden faults in businesses or rental properties

Repairs & Remedial Work
Once we’ve found the problem, we don’t leave it at that. We’ll either fix it there and then, or if it’s more involved, we’ll book a return visit with clear pricing and a realistic timeframe.
